From a business task to a useful experience

Agree the decision before expanding the build.

A clear working plan keeps the business task, implementation and acceptance connected.

  1. Locate the friction

We review who is trying to do what, the current tools and the point where the work becomes unclear. Public or anonymised examples are enough to start.

  2. Set a useful boundary

Agree the first outcome, users, languages, integrations and constraints. Record exclusions and decisions that need your provider or adviser. Commercial terms and timing follow the actual scope.

  3. Review the experience

Try the important journey with realistic examples. Your nominated content and language reviewers assess the information and task, including errors and exceptions.

  4. Prepare for operation

Check ownership, account access, content editing, recovery and support arrangements. Publication and live-provider tests are distinct from a demonstration.

Remote collaboration

Faith Forge Labs delivers from the United States. Agree meeting times with explicit time zones, a decision-maker and a place for approvals. On-site activity and local professional services are not implied.

Prepare the decision kit before the first conversation.
