From a business task to a useful experience
Automate the repeatable part with a visible boundary.
Free people from routine handling while keeping judgement where it belongs.
A product change is approved, and staff need to tell the affected customers what changed. The difficult part may be selecting the right customers and current wording, rather than sending a message. We can assess a focused preparation workflow around that decision.
Build the update from approved material
For a hypothetical organisation in Israel, the product owner identifies the changed version and supplies the approved explanation. The customer team identifies which accounts use that version. Required language variants have named reviewers; an available English paragraph does not establish that the Hebrew or Arabic message is ready.
The prepared summary should show its product revision, intended audience and source material. Staff can assess it before wider action. If customer records cannot reliably identify the affected version, the first scope may be a review list rather than automatic communication.
Handle a change after preparation
Suppose the product owner corrects the change description while summaries are waiting. The older prepared items need to be identified and withdrawn or returned for review. A previous approval should not quietly authorise a materially different promise.
A missing language review, ambiguous customer version and uncertain sending result each need a visible next step. Staff should be able to establish whether a message already went out before retrying. AI can assist drafting if the permitted information and review are agreed; it cannot invent a product capability or select the final audience.
Trial the preparation work
Start with invented customer records and one approved change. Compare preparation time, corrections and unresolved selections. The organisation can then decide which actions remain with staff and which narrowly defined steps may run automatically.
