Keep identifiers separate from labels

For a hypothetical supplier in Israel, a visitor selects product AX-14/R2 and asks about a required variant. The approved product identifier remains the matching key even when its displayed description changes language. Preserve the submitted name and question without assuming that transliteration creates a unique customer identity.

Inspect the selected website and receiving application's actual interfaces, fields and account permissions. A connection may need a review queue when a variant is unknown or the destination cannot represent the original detail. We do not promise unsupported APIs or local provider partnerships.

Check what the receiver can use

The staff record should show the enquiry reference, selected product, original question and any uncertainty. A successful technical response is insufficient if the model suffix is lost or the receiving field truncates the mixed-script name. Use agreed invented examples to test round trips and displayed values.

Include a repeated submission, corrected product label and timeout after a record may have been created. Before retrying, establish whether the same enquiry already exists. Staff need a visible way to reconcile unmatched values without creating a second opportunity automatically.

Leave a maintainable mapping

The handover names the application owners, field mapping, permitted retry and unresolved-item process. Provider changes can require maintenance. Compare actual receiving records with the sample enquiries before acceptance.
